'm pretty sure the router is running an IOS much much newer than the affected releases. The only thing that immediately comes to mind is the 16MB TFTP file size limit in older versions of IOS and in various Solaris OS. I was told every time only half of it got downloaded. Trying to pull a large IOS image (48207240 bytes) to a 7200 in the lab from a Solaris TFTP server.
